Monica is a licensed Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Infant & Toddler Feeding and Swallowing Therapist, Certificated Lactation Educator/Counselor (CLEC) and Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM). She has over 7 years of experience working in a variety of settings such as inpatient and outpatient hospitals, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), home-based and schools.

Her passion is infant feeding and she has attended several trainings and professional developments in this area of interest. Her unique skill set has been developed and procured by seeking out diverse experiences in various settings that granted her the opportunity to collaborate with incredible professionals, such as, nurses, physicians, parents, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Lactation Consultants, and Educators. She also has been trained to perform swallow studies for infants and toddlers.

She has worked with a variety pediatric populations and diagnoses including:
